Alberta Youth Theatre Collective (AYTC)

The Alberta Youth Theatre Collective (AYTC) is a group that promotes and encourages youth in theatre. From actors to behind-the-scenes workers and writers, AYTC gives students the chance to shine in the spotlight. AYTC gave me the chance to shine by providing me with the opportunity to attend a variety of high school productions and craft thoughtful reviews based on my experiences. These reviews were then carefully selected and published in the Edmonton Journal.

Linked below are all my reviews that were published between 2023 and 2024. Looking back at these reviews fills me with immeasurable nostalgia, pride, and gratefulness. AYTC gave me the spotlight to showcase my love for theatre and my passion for writing, and eventually, it helped me determine the career I wanted to pursue.
